Position summary:

The Researcher will work directly with Producers and Associate Producers to help research and assist in the production of original content for entertainment shows.
 

Requirements:​

• Needs to be proficient in writing and entertainment news.

• Strong knowledge of various programming genres.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Research interesting people and topics for upcoming shows.

• Prepare and revise multiple drafts of notes.

• Collect, organize, and analyze data for multiple tracking systems.

• Ability to type quickly and proficiently while participating in daily research meetings.

• Editing and condensing clips to prepare for booking presentations.

• Fact check and proofread material for shows
